VisionEco runs a three-tier model: entry courses, one-on-one consulting, and a partner network that brings in the next cohort. Courses are stage one; we are expanding into business applications and services built on the same AI-first approach.

VisionEco has been Claude-first since day one: every course, teaching material and piece of marketing content we have produced since founding was made with Claude. We are a five-person team, so we also build our own software instead of hiring — everything below was built with Claude Code and is running today.
Our operations platform on Next.js, TypeScript and Supabase (34 tables, row-level security, deployed on Vercel). Manages students, courses, the 80-person partner network, roles and permissions, and commission tracking.
A gamified 3D web app (Three.js) where every business office is a ship and every partner a crew member whose appearance levels up with referrals — plus a live progress dashboard and an HQ console for logging referrals and calculating four-stage bonuses. 75 partners across 6 offices are on it now.
A LINE LIFF check-in app with GPS validation for HQ staff, integrated with the CRM.
A Telegram/LINE assistant running on our own VPS, with long-term memory, a knowledge base, voice input and scheduled briefings.
AI-assisted subtitling, editing scripts and teaching materials for our online course platform.
A real-time page on Hsinchu City's open-data API showing free spaces at the lots around our office, so students arrive on time.
We also teach with Claude: in AI Value Creation, students use Claude to build their first AI-powered product.
Looking ahead, Claude stays at the centre of our roadmap: the coaching system above is the first of several student-facing products we will build on the Claude API, alongside the internal tools that already run the company.
